How to Make It

  1. 1Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. 2Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Grill for per side until desired doneness.
  4. 4Let rest, then slice thinly.
  5. 5Preheat oven broiler.
  6. 6Mix butter and minced garlic, then spread over cut sides of bread.
  7. 7Top with shredded mozzarella.
  8. 8Broil bread for until cheese is melted and bubbly.
